My nephew has had his cell phone jammed to his ear all day for most of the weekend. I can't handle talking that long.. then again, I don't talk to alot of people as it is

So I was out til 9pm at joann's deciding on which fabric for curtains and I just couldn't. Then I forgot to go to the grocery store to get milk so the kids are going to be upset today.

I crashed when I came home. I worked cleaning my outside windows all day yesterday. yes it took most of the day. We have the permanent sun shades and I had to unscrew them all over each window. Well, its a pain and I was told by the builder to not do this too often because it might strip the screws and not go on right again. So I hadnt done this in like 2 years. My windows were terrible. They have permanent water spots on them. I scrubbed with a nonabrasive sponge trying to get them off. My mom said she had heard vinegar and water takes them off so I'll have to try that but I just cleaned them as best I could and put the screens back on. You really cant notice them with the screens on but with them off it looked terrible. Any ideas ladies? If I could do this twice a year the buildup probably would not have been that bad but I was more worried about ruining our shades. We paid quite a lot for them.

I came home and bugged Jeff while he was watching the Sarah Conner Chronicles then we went to bed. I think I started to get on the DIS just before i went to bed but it was SLOW so I just gave up.

Anyway, GOOD MORNING!

I'm off to buy new frames this morning from Michaels. I'm going to fill a wall with the floating frames and put pictures in it of our family. Right now our family wall has many different colored frames and they all look terrible in my opinion. I cant wait to change it.

What's the differance between Beach and Caymen crocs? I know the beach sizes are S, M, L, etc and the Caymen anre regular number sizes but do they look the same? Also if I wear a 9 usually and get the Beach should I go with the 9/10 (L)? I olny ask cuz no where around here sells them so I have to order them online.

I wear a size 9, I tried a pair of beach at some little gift shop and my toe rubbed at the end. But I have one freakishly long second toe -- it's longer than my big toe.. I know TMI.

I bought my Disney ones at DL, my Mary Janes at Journey's (just about every mall has a journey's store). The Mary Janes I bought a size 10, too big. I feel like I'm tripping over my feet.

Disney crocs are the S,M,L type. Mine says M (W 8-9) (M 6-7)
They fit perfectly with a power strap on them. I found that with the regular strap it was pushing my foot far ahead and the toe rub thing was happening.

Hubby gave me his spare power straps, they have velcro, I can adjust them to fit -- similar to wearing sandals with straps.


We bought the straps at a kiosk in Mall of America, I know that little nugget of info is completely useless to you.. but hey if you ever visit MN you know you can get Crocs and power straps there!

You can order the straps online -- thru the Crocs website, not sure if other places have them.

hmmm, I think Nordstrom's carries Crocs too.

I'm not the one who stayed up until 5 am, that was my nephew.. He was playing his PSP, the light kept hubby awake most of the night

I don't understand the need to play games and yap all night on a cell phone.

He left this morning, needs to report to base before noon--- ummm so that means it's a work day and yet he stayed up ALL night!

I want to give him respect by treating him as an adult (he's 19) but sometimes I think he's just another teenager hangin around the apartment.

yes, that looks like Poly we started hiding the toilet paper in the cabinets.
Crafty evil creature, she figured out how to open the cabinet and terrorized two rolls while INSIDE the cabinet.. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!

I'm having a horrid day at work so far....

Two of my customers merged awhile back and now the pain in the rump dude who stresses me out all the time will be handling my other customers orders as well. AHHHH!!!

I'm so upset! He gives me grief on a daily basis and I'm so sick of it. I was already stressed out within less than an hour after arriving at work. Sorry, I just needed to vent. I'm starting to reconsider the pharmacy program. The problem is leaving on time to make it to the class. No one else can handle my work and I often have to stay late in order to call our factory (time difference). It's just too much stress for one person and it's extremley frustrating.

Are you already in the pharmacy program? Or were you planning to start spring semester???

I'm thinking of going to school (for what I don't know) in the fall. Pharmacy tech might be my fall back choice. I would rather learn to do Occupational Therapy (assistant) , applying what I already have learned abut children/teaching and melding it with my foggy brained medical (LPN ) training.
From what I have researched the pay is EXCELLENT and the demand is very high. It's something I can do part time of fulltime, school based would be awesome then hubby and I can be on the sameschedule.

I wanted to work in the school district here but with their current budget crunch they have cut back on many positions. They had a position open for instructional aid a few weeks ago... for a mere 2 hours or LESS per day and no guarentee of hours per week. I decided it wasn't worth it .


Hubby wisely pointed out that if I get a job then what happens this summer? We wouldn't be able to travel if I am working.
