Most 7yos wear a size 7 or 8, so it's hard to say. Depends on how much taller she is than her peers, and also a lot on the sizing scheme used by the clothing manufacturer. It is very frustrating when one manufacturer considers something a size 8 and another a size or two smaller or larger.
DS7 wears a size 7, though some brands are too big still. My niece, who is 8, tall for her age, is supposedly wearing a size 12!And her brother, who is 10, is wearing a 16 Husky!

I don't think any one in my family developed early....not until high school. I remember girls in 6th grade who developed fast!
