:lmao: :lmao: Oh my... that sounds FUN! I used to take my room mates kids out when I had Alex, he was just a couple of months old and her kids were 9, 5, and 1. Plus her 5yo had adhd. Oh yeah... Those were good times!:lmao: Hoestly, without the 9yo, I would have lost my mind!:rotfl2:

Guess what I get to have at my house for an entire weekend, sometime during the next few weeks. A newborn!!!!!

DD is taking a Parenting Class in school and they have those computerized babies that they have to take home for an entire weekend. The babies cry all night, you have to put a bottle in them, change their diapers, rock them, etc. to get them to shut up. Plus, some of the kids were hiring "babysitters" to watch them, so now you have to wear an electronic bracelet. When the teacher plugs the baby back into the computer they can tell if you were separated from the baby and for how long, exactly how long you let it cry, if you didn't support it's neck, if you shake it.

We had to sign a permission slip allowing her to bring one home and also promising not to let her drive that weekend due to lack of sleep!:rotfl2: It should be interesting! Hehehe...

Or perhaps you wuld prefer this ... from his assistant,, poor choice.. he hired him from a very low priced employment agency.:sad2:

You get what you pay for. :rolleyes1

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Sounds like fun! How does she like the idea of a squirming screaming 2yo? I have one of those Id like to loan out every once in a while. :rotfl2:

:woohoo: :woohoo: Shake it mama!!!

Oh, that reminds me! We went to Joes today, and Mikalah was looking in the mirror. She looked her self up and down... then turned, and checked herself out.... then stuck out her tongue... then started to boogie, and watch her self dancing in the mirror!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: We were dying! It was the funniest thing!

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: That's so funny!!

Bernice, those Hors Devours are way to fancy schmancy for my party. Where are the pigs in a blanket??

ohhhh fun!

I wish every school could do that. Sadly I think they need to do have that training at a younger age in urban areas .. like middle school, that's when some start getting sexually active.. sad but true.

Hubby tells me of girls in his class with their bosums hanging out and short skirts -- eeek! This is 7th grade people!:scared:

She LOVES little kids. She has been doting on her little nephew since he was a baby. She has lots of patience with little kids, except for her brother! It really wouldn't surprise me if she decided to become a teacher or have a large family someday.

Oh yeah... I think they should make all the kids do it. I like the kids that are in middle school and high school that have baby siblings... THAT is the best BC in town!:lmao: :lmao:

All righty then. Mikalah is on her way down!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

My sis teases me that I got into teaching preschool because I was "deprived of all the good toys" As the youngest, I got eveyone's hand me downs.. clothes and TOYS!

Hubby says he got into teaching because then he can always have school supplies.. lots and lots of school supplies. :thumbsup2

That's the age that I had real problems with DD wanting to dress like a Street Walker!:scared1: Once she got into high school I think she finally got enough sense to realize that it wasn't appropriate. I really do think it's just the young girls trying to look/act grown up in the only way they know how. I know Chels & I had some pretty bad fights over clothing. She was buying thong undies when she went shopping with her friends and I would throw them in the garbage when I found them in the laundry.:rotfl:

I think the parenting class is a really good idea. She really does enjoy the class and I think they have taught some really good things in it. They go over to a local preschool and work with the kids there a couple of times a week. Last week they went to the maternity ward at the hospital and toured the birthing rooms, etc... Then they met with ER doctors & a social worker to talk about how to not abuse children.:thumbsup2

So you think just the Urban girls are having sex at a young age? Just what do you think all the Country girls are doing out on those rural roads at night?:lmao:

All righty then. Mikalah is on her way down!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Cool! Only one problem, Chelsie won't be home tomorrow, she's racing!:scared1:

Yeah, I know how he feels. I got into accounting so I could count huge piles of money, lots & lots of money. :rotfl2:

:lmao:

Had hubby look.. "nasty! They look like fetal pigs, ugh"

:rotfl2:

So just how does he know what fetal pigs look like? Actually I was looking for something cartoony, but couldn't find anything, so these had to do!

Hmmm... Does that mean I stay at home because my mom never hung out with me? :goodvibes I guess so!

I noticed we were having the nightly 9:30 DIS slowdown. So I started playing Solitaire while waiting for it to post. But I noticed that everytime I play Solitaire it speeds up. I think I'm on to something!;)

Keep playing that solitare!!!:lmao: :lmao:

ahhh yes, rural areas.. lots of partying and drinking.. and umm other stuff.

Science teachers use fetal pigs for dissection.
He did one in high school, he has the opportunity to do frogs this year if he wants.. but he's not comfortable with teaching dissection skills. Heck ,his class can't even handle simple experiments wihtout screwing it up for everyone.. grabbing supplies out of turn, making messes.

He had scissors out for student use, another kid wanted them-- grabbed them "I want those!" and YANK. Well, the other kid was holding them on the sharp end-- SLLLLLLLLLLLLLIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCE -- started screaming ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, whipping his hand around and blood was flying everywhere.

They only get the small scissors now-- dorks!

Bernice!!! Come back!!! Did we loose you in the slow down? But, but... Alison was playing SOLITAIRE!!!:sad1:

I think I'm going to call it a night, getting kind of tired. But I'm sure I'll be on tomorrow, nothing better to do than sit in my pj's all day, drink coffee and DIS.:thumbsup2
