Unsure where to Ask....Need Disney Product Customer Service !

Does anyone know who to contact for products purchased while at WDW then found out damaged when got home ??
Please direct me to the right people to ask or contact

Try Merchandise Guest Services 1-877-560-6477. I also have a number for WDW merchandising of 1-407-363-6200. I've had that number for awhile so it may have changed.

Yes, the merch. guest services number will work. We just got back and I had to call that number because a security ink tag was left on a shirt. That was the number on the receipt. Returning it was very easy, they had me box it up, and it was picked up right at my door the very next day. I had anticipated a huge hassle, but it wasn't.
