Unsure about my ADRs

I just made my dinner ADRs for my Christmas trip. There will be 4 of us ( me, DW, DS 16, DS 9). We have the dining plan, so we wanted to eat at some of the more upscale restaurants without using 2 credits. There are a couple that I made that I'm unsure of, since most of the restaurants are new!

December 25th- Liberty Tree Tavern- we love it here, so don't want to change this

December 26th- Les Chefs De France- my son really wants to eat here, since he takes French, and will be going on a trip to Paris this summer with school.

December 27th- 50's Prime Time Cafe- We've seen the inside of the restaurant, and it just seems like so much fun. We decided not to do the Fantasmic package this time and eat here instead of H &V like we usually do in MGM.

December 28th- Le Cellier Steakhouse- Really excited to eat here. The food and atmosphere sound great.

December 29th- Alfredo di Roma- I'm unsure about this one, and I'm also concerned that we have too many Epcot meals. Should I keep this one? We plan on being in MGM this day, but none of the restaurants there really interest us. Any recommendations?

December 30th- 1900 Park Fare- VERY concerned about this one. The menu sounds great, and we would like to eat in a resort (we're staying at WL but hate WCC). We have two boys, and the whole character thing isn't very exciting to them, especially princesses. Is the food worth eating here, or is there another restaurant you would recommend in a resort?

December 31st- Crystal Palace breakfast- We love this, and have made it a tradition for our last morning.

What do you think of my ADRs? The only ones I'm really worried about are the last two dinners.

If you are staying at WL, have you considered the Kona Cafe for dinner. It is one credit, easy to get to by either monorail or boat. My DH and I loved it, kids (9&10) went to the kid's club - which they loved. We all enjoyed exploring a different resort.

I'd recommend Kona Cafe as a close resort restaurant if you're looking to drop 1900 Park Fare.

Haven't been to Alfredo di Roma, and I've done the same thing, thought I had too many Epcot reservations in a trip. But they've always turned out great, that's the beauty of the World Showcase. :D Spoodles, on the Boardwalk, is fantastic if you're looking for something else in the area.

Instead of Alfredos I would go to Mama Melrose. We really love it. You could try a late lunch since you aren't doing the Fantasmic package. Ask for Barbara if she is there. She is a great server. Have a great trip!

I think your choices look great.

We'll be trying 1900 Park Fare for the first time in October. I also have sons (15 and 17) so we normally wouldn't be eating a princess meal, but I just have to try the strawberry soup and a couple of other things I've read about. If you're really unsure about it, I agree with the Kona Cafe recommendation. We love Kona and make sure we eat there every trip.

We've never been to Alfredo di Roma, but I don't think it's possible to have too many Epcot restaurants on your list! World Showcase has so many great restaurants, we could have dinner there every night. :thumbsup2

I'd much rather eat at Alfredo di Roma than Mama Melrose. And since you'll be at MGM that day, you can take the boat over to the Boardwalk area and enter World Showcase from that side. I also concur with Kona Cafe as one of your substitutions.

Since you are on the dining plan and not sure about 1900 why not try the Grand Flordian Cafe. DH and I loved it there in May. The food was so good and the choices where great. And the portions we very big. Our steaks were better at GFC than at Le Cellier.
