I want to unsubscribe. I see no option, here. How is this done?

If you are "subscribed" to get emails, you can change that in your profile settings. If you simply don't wish to post to the DISboards any longer, you can simply stop visiting this website. There is no option to delete your username; if you stop posting, any prior posts you made will eventually drop down out of the recent history.
