I don't know if I'm allowed to do this, but I needed to share this with you.
Without going into details, I recently had an experience with DU where they inadvertently provided me with a misquote which was in my favor and upon discovering it, they HONORED the original price. I'm sure they could have been hardnosed and refuse to accept my deposit, but they didn't and I am very impressed. Obviously this is a first-class operation and they will surely receive all my future business. I've always had positive experiences with them in the past, but this really clinched it. I wholeheartedly recommend them ---- and please ask for Marla H.......she's great!

this is my first experience booking a cruise with DU and it has been nothing but wonderful!

sue ellen my rep was out sick but still had her husband contact me about my REAS reservations...i thought this was above and beyond

their pricing was fantastic and their customer service has always been prompt and friendly

i will use them for all my disney excursions!!

I am so glad to hear that.

I am booked thrui DU for June of this year and with a group of 12 for 2006.
We were suppose to travel with another family this June, but had some personal problems with them. DU especially Sue Ellen and Merrie bent over backwards to help me change our room, reservations, unlinking rotations and such. A HUGE thank you to them.
I would recommend DU to anyone who asks!!

I've booked through DU each time, and I have to say that knowing that the honeymoon part of the wedding and honeymoon planning was taken care of was a huge load off my shoulders. I planned everything but the dresses, because DW is still in her residency and works between 80 and 100 hours a week.

A couple of emails and phone calls to DU, and I knew that all I had to do was make it to the airport and everything would be taken care of. Man, that was nice.

They also just beat the next-best quote by $600. a-woo-hoo!!

has gotten me the information that I need.
She helped me book 5 cabins for the May 7 Western Cruise.

At first I wasn't sure how it would work having a travel agent that I only E-mail because I think I can be be a pain in the neck
