Sounds like she values keeping the other clients happier than she values your work. Maybe she knows she can push you around and the others are more demanding?

I hope after all this you decided to go with another cleaning service. With the next one I would have a written contract so there isnt any confusion.

My mom had a cleaning lady once, she would clean like mad the entire day before so the cleaning lady wouldnt see the house messy total nut, my mom. then they would sit around and drink coffee. What a life.
