Unofficial Guide - when will the new edition be out?

I was going to post this question too! I was about to buy the 2005 edition when I heard they were revising it. Hope it will be out by the time I go, but it sounds like it will be close.

Is the "Unofficial Guide" better than Birnbaum's "Official" guide? I bought the Birnbaum's yesterday and I think it has quite a lot of good (if perhaps a bit biased) information.

The Unofficial Guide puts Birnbaum's to shame. Birnbaum's is one huge advertisement - the only useful part is the coupons in the back, if they're for something you want to do.

I got my first UG in 2003, and was AMAZED by all I didn't know about Disney - and I have been going for 20+ years!

Len informed me that a re-print with revisions for the new MYW and EMH should be available late February.

Make sure you wait until the edition comes out. It will be more up to date.

Yep, mid-February is the target date, with a revised section on MYW tickets, the EMH schedule, and fixes to the minor errata we had listed on the website.

One thing we couldn't get done in time was the new MYW with Dining review. We literally got a call from the publisher on Thursday, saying all changes had to be in on Friday because of a big order that was just placed. Good times. The MYWwDining review is posted to the website (www.TouringPlans.com).
