Unmasking Tour

We have a tour booked on line. However I didn't see any actual instructions on where to go for the tour. We have the confirmation number, do we need to print something at a kiosk? Where do we go for the tour? Also, its the afternoon tour on an event day. It says that park admission is not required for the tour so will the tour end in the park or do we have to go through the main entrance turnstiles after the tour? Will we have enough time to get to a stay and scream location? We have annual passes so admission is not an issue.

when i booked my unmasking the horror tour, i received two emails within 10 minutes of my cc being processed.
one email was the receipt of the purchase.
the other was the form letter stating the date and tour (am/pm), info on times and where to check in. (vip tour building)

i booked by phone and it was processed at that time during the call.
booking online might take 48 hours before you get the emails.

call vip tours and let them know you have not received any info since you booked that tour.
and you can check your cc online to make sure that the transaction did go through.

reread your question, came back to reply to it.
for those that do not have the park ticket, they are escorted to the exit at the front of the park.

with you having the AP, that won't happen to you.
just stay in the park once your tour is over.

the afternoon unmasking the horror should end around 4:30.
the park closes at 5:00.

you won't have any problems
when the park closes, go to the holding area of your choice.
i'm doing both morning and afternoon tours before hhn.
my email stated the tour will be over around 4:30ish.

Hmmm....I have booked two separate tours (both online and at separate times) for the 19th afternoon and the 20th morning. Both times I only received the confirmation e-mail, never received the second e-mail with the location of where to meet etc. Has anyone else received this second e-mail Macraven mentioned? What number do I call to ask Universal about this and confirm my tours? So excited, this time next week I will be at the resort!

Don't know the number offhand, but it's the one for VIP services. The meet location is right up front by the gate, at an office near guest services.
