Unlocking cruise photos from CD?

I got off the Magic a few days ago and am now finally having the time to download the photos from the CD I purchased onboard. It won't let me view them larger than a thumbnail. It tells me the images are locked and that I don't have enough credit to unlock them. So...after buying the CD, I now have to spend more money in order to actually look at my photos? Why wouldn't the cast member onboard have told me about this? How do I look at and print my photos?

Did you purchase the full CD? Or a smaller (10 or 20) photo package?
