Tire kicking here...anyone know if I get an iphone 5 from Bell...can TMobile unlock it? Will it work properly?

No, Bell has to unlock it if its locked to Bell. And Bell doesn't unlock iPhones. Telus will for $35

If you really want to unlock your phone you can try goggling it and should be able to find instructions on how to do it.
