Just wondering, if the UPH is supposed to be good from the moment you check in to the end of the day you check out . . . why would I be charged for 5 night, 6 day UHP? Shouldn't the five night cover the day I check in, then I sleep five nights, wake up check-out morning and have that day included?

Can anyone shed some light?

UPH is valid from time you check-in to the end of the day you check out. They call it a five night six day because that is what it is valid for. A typcial trip anywhere is one day more than the number of nights. DVC members can request that the first, last or both first and last days be dropped.
