I was wondering if the fotl will be limited Tuesday-Friday of next week. I know it will not make much of a difference, but I was just curious.

we just got back, we were there 4th thru 8th, only one time we were told we could not use the express line.we had just gotten off the mummy and went right back to ride again, " we hardley ever ride a ride 1 time and leave, we always try to ride at least twice ". the attendant stated the ride was too crowded at this time, but we noticed the lines for regular and express were shorter than earlier in the day by far and we rode over and over with no problem. one thing i noticed, they are not very organized and not very informed. my oldest son had to show one attendant at one of the rides how to swipe the room key, " she had barcode facing away from machine " and one order taker at burger digs how to change printer paper in credit card machine " he is a waiter at outback restaurant ". this was the only time we were ever denied access to express " it was around 6:00 p.m. on tuesday night the 5th. by the way i am in no way trying to sound like the employees at universal are incompetent, in fact they are actually wonderful some of the best people you would ever want to meet. it just seemed like a few were new to there jobs. when you are there just try to be patient and have a good time. they are working hard to do a good job so you can have a good time.

Lots of new employees right now with the busy summer season.

There is been no official announcement for limiting express at this time though.

Do you know if it's normally limited the first week of Oct phamton? Thanks :)

DM, is correct, as usual. It has never been limited in October.

We returned around 2 wks ago and would use our passes to ride HULK and DR. Doom 3-4 times in a row...

I was really surprised this past week. I thought it would be a lot busier, but we were able to practically walk on rides with no waiting at all hours of the day. MIB on Saturday mid-day.....walked into the loading area and we were the only ones in there---regular or fotl. Same thing happened on the Mummy once and also Spiderman. Dr. Doom and Hulk were both walkons on Friday evening. The ony places we ever really had to wait were Shrek and Jimmy Neutron. BTtheF was only about 5 min.....and the line attendant there was funny enough to make us wish we HAD to stand in line longer!!

We were just there and didn't experience a limit of using our express pass.

Wish they did when my son and I went on Popeye's Barges 6 times in a row. It was my son's favorite ride there. :rotfl:

We went on Spiderman, Mummy, MIB, Dueling Dragons and Hulk several times in a row too without any denial.

We are here right now and although crowded, have not been turned away yet. We rode Popeye 3x, Spiderman 3x, DD 2x each. Mummy scanned just one card for the party of 11 we took through, but we turned around and rode it again twice. ET was a pain, because they scanned every single card. But we only rode that once. Haven't had anything else scanned and nobody has mentioned the before three thing.

I really admire the employees though. Their patience with some of the guests is remarkable. Yesterday, we took our tribe into MIB (3 times again). There was some British lady just berating the young man at the entrance about how unfair the express line was. Really making a scene. Was trying to insist her party should have equal access to the line. As we showed our room keys, he said - "now see, these people are staying at one of our hotels, so can use this line." I don't know if I could have smiled at that lady for as long as he did! And the wait time was only 15 minutes in the regular line. Can't understand some people.

And the lines aren't even that bad, especially since half the parks seem to be congregated around watching parents throw their kids off Dr. Doom and the other stunts filming for Fear Factor.

That really is the only thing right now that impedes traffic or the ability to get from one ride to another quickly right now. Yesterday, we were heading from Mummy to MIB. Just as we were going to cross in the walkway through the set, they closed it because they needed to tape right then. But with a bit of planning, you can avoid the Fear Factor sets AND the crowds following Joe Rogan :)

We were there 7/4 - 7/7 and not once did they limit our riding. DD did everything at least 2 - 3 times in a row. DS played MIB for 3 hours straight at least once a day and never had a problem. They even told him to go thru the baby swap so it didn't take as long and wasn't so hot.
