Pardon me if this has been posted, but I was unable to find it by searching.
We will be in Orlando for a 4 day trip from Oct 29th - Nov 3. We plan on hitting two Disney parks on the 30th and 31st and the Universal parks Nov 1st and 2nd. Normally we stay on site to get the Unlimited Express Pass but we won the Airfare and Hotel so are offsite so will be purchasing the Unlimited Express Pass.
So here's the question. October 23rd is the only non-peak day around our travel dates and it is valid for 14 days from October 23rd - November 5th. So our dates we plan on using the tickets are within the time frame specified.
A call to guest services stated that you have to use the first day on the date selected. However, if you read the restrictions it never mentions the requirement to use on the date selected.
Here are the two excepts from the Unlimited Express Ticket Restrictions:
Two days non-peak park to park with Unlimited Express is $479.98 while the Standard rate is $559.98, a savings of $80 which is about what we would spend for dining in the park for the two of us for two days.
So anybody out there selected their Unlimited Express Pass Date and their first day of use was several days later?

And don't even get me started on how much tickets are now days. Last trip that wasn't with a school trip for which we had to pay; tickets were only $99pp for a whole week of park to park and the onsite hotels were giving 2 nights free with 3 paid nights during July.
