Unlimited digital photo package watermarks

Any way to get the watermarks removed in your unlimited digital photos that we purchased? Thanks

If they have watermarks they have not been unlocked right? Can you find a unlock code from payment?

Someone on our cruise mentioned that she had to link the Castaway Club ID of the person who purchased it (in her case, her husband) before it would show all of the pics without watermarks. Worth a try?

It has to be done through the account that made the purchase. Mine are fine.

This is a big conv. in our cruise group on that other social media site right now. You may just have to wait it out. Mine disappeared about 48 hours after we got home. I had to find my castaway club ID and link that to my disney online account (for some reason this isn't automatic).

I made the payment while we were on the cruise and linked my photo account while on board. Still with watermarks on all our photos….

UPDATE: We still had watermarks even more than 2 days after our cruise.
I contacted Disney Cruse thru the website, and informed them, and got a response in about 1 hour with removal of the watermarks instantly.

I had watermarks for over a week. I messaged them and they said to wait it out. After I week I messaged them on Facebook, got a response within 24 hours and the watermarks were removed!

On Facebook? Wow I didn’t even know that was an option now.
