Unlimited Beach Rentals?

Know that Aulani has just barely been open--

Appreciated the pictures and information from opening day.

I am wondering what is included in the "unlimited beach rentals" with the length of stay for $99 with the snorkel lagoon, etc. Does that include umbrellas, snorkel gear, paddle boarding?
