Universal's Volcano Bay will open May 25th

Disney is also holding a press event for 7 days starting May 21st. It is said Pandora will open at that time.

I am not sure. I have heard Disney was aiming for Memorial Day as a Grand Opening. I don't think Avatar opens before the 25th with the media there until the 27th. My guess is the 27th might be the official opening for Pandora.

The speed that Universal gets things open is amazing ..
A themed water park (only 2 years after its announcement.)
Jimmy Fallon ride (including tearing down the old Twister ride it replaced)
Kong
Diagon Alley
Refurbished Hulk Coaster

And probably other things I can't recall.
