Universal's Donkey Kong Coaster Testing Video?

Few pics and a bit of very interesting video for you to mull over. First up a bit of video showing a coaster being tested on farm. Which looks exactly like the patented ride design that Universal filed ages ago, and also the same as 'real track/fake track' system depicted on the patent, concept art and in the model for the proposed Universal Nintendo Land, with the car on a 'raised boom arm' above the real track, which can be seen (Pics below).
