Does Universal have "Universal Money", something like Disney Dollars? If so, can it be purchased off site or online?

Yes they do but beware u do not get change from it I believe u buy it in the parks

Thanks for the info.
I thought it might be good incentive (bribery!!) for the kids to be extra good and clean up their rooms between now and the trip!!
Maybe not such a good idea if you don't get change back though.
