I'm curious about the 10% off dining discounts for this card, however, I cannot find a list of which restaurants are included. The description says 'selected' restaurants. Does this mean 'very few', or 'most'? If I could get 10% off my dining on my next trip, then it would very much be worth getting this card. I remember way back when, my AAA card gave us 10% off all dining at Universal and it was awesome. I'm hoping for something like that.

Also, is there a difference between the $99 annual fee card and the no annual fee card in terms of the dining discounts?

No difference between the cards as far as dining discounts.
