Universal to MCO

Thought I would try here since I got no response on the Transportation Board:

Our departing flight leaves MCO on a Friday at 9:00 pm. What time would you plan to leave Universal in order to drive to the airport, drop off rental car (Avis), make it through security, and board our flight (AirTran)? We will not be checking bags.

Any suggested routes? We will be starting from the Royal Pacific parking area.

6pm or so. Although I don't know how heavy Friday rush hour is there. It's around 20-30 minutes to the airport. 5-10 to drop off the car. 5-10 to get to security. Then allow 15-30 minutes for security. MCO gets pretty heavy.

I don't mind getting there early but your mileage may vary.
