Universal to Disney - first timer.

Hi all,

I’m planning trip at the end of January. It’s my 40th, I live in Ireland so where better to go.

I’ve been to Florida countless times and know it like the back of my hand but LA, I have no clue.

I’m trying to find a way to get from universal studios to Disney. My husband doesn’t want to hire a car.

Any recommendations for private, but reasonable, cars or shuttles.

Uber is your best bet.
Do you have kids with you? If not that's the absolute best way.
If you do Uber is still your best bet but you'll need portable boosters as long as your kids are over 4 years old.

If you don't want to do Uber, I can recommend Lansky for private transfers, I've used them many times but they are pricey but reliable and safe.

I agree that Uber/Lyft is the best option, or just a cab. There is really no other good way to do it.

Regardless of whether you use Uber or another method, be mindful of the time of day and day of week you plan on going. We were told by our uber driver that what would normally be a 50 min trip from Universal to Anaheim could take as long as 2 hrs if you hit really bad traffic during rush hour.
