Hi :thumbsup2

Before I get involved with a 6 hour debate (sorry, conversation:goodvibes) with at least 4 different Virgin telephonists;):lmao: I wanted your thoughts - As some of you know, I am thinking of changing my December holiday and instead of arriving at Universal Studios on 30th Dec, we may not arrive until New Years Day.

We have Universal park tickets booked through VH, and I am wondering whether I need to mention those when I ring to change my accomodation?? Do you think they will need to note that I will begin using them in 2011 rather than 2010 as originally planned? I'm not worried about any extra cost, but more so that Virgin will give me the wrong tickets and that I will get to UO in Jan and they will be out of date!!:scared1:

If its not going to matter either way, then I won't mention it to VH at all (as going on past experience the less you fiddle around with things, the better where they are concerned!!:lmao:)

Many thanks for any help!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

VH change ticket prices 1st Jan.
We went Xmas 08, bought DMIL a Disney ticket thru Virgin, we activated it before 31st Dec so did not matter but the voucher we were issued did not have 31st Dec expiry on it like I expected, it said valid for 60 days from issue date which was late Jan if I remember rightly.
I expect your Universal one to be similar but can't be certain. Which ticket is it? 2 park rise £4pp, 3 park only by £1per adult, nothing for child. might be worth paying the slight increase to be sure you get the tickets you want.

thanks Wayne:lovestruc

Its the 2 park ticket, I wasn't too worried about the price increase, I just didn't want to mention it to Virgin if it wasn't relevant (as I normally end up speaking to someone who doesn't have a clue what I am talking about and then they end up confused & I frustrated!!:lmao:) - but as prices change on Jan 1st, I will make sure that I ring and get the correct ticket - even if it means a lengthy call to VH to explain it to them!!:goodvibes

Thanks again for taking the time to look into it fo me - its much appreciated!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
