Hi
Before I get involved with a 6 hour debate (sorry, conversation
) with at least 4 different Virgin telephonists
I wanted your thoughts - As some of you know, I am thinking of changing my December holiday and instead of arriving at Universal Studios on 30th Dec, we may not arrive until New Years Day.
We have Universal park tickets booked through VH, and I am wondering whether I need to mention those when I ring to change my accomodation?? Do you think they will need to note that I will begin using them in 2011 rather than 2010 as originally planned? I'm not worried about any extra cost, but more so that Virgin will give me the wrong tickets and that I will get to UO in Jan and they will be out of date!!
If its not going to matter either way, then I won't mention it to VH at all (as going on past experience the less you fiddle around with things, the better where they are concerned!!
)
Many thanks for any help!!
