Universal Tickets through AC Vacations Question

Bought tickets yesterday, since AC Vacations prices do not yet reflect the Universal ticket increase and they are slightly cheaper than UT.

Needed to put in a date, so used first day after we arrive ... this is the date that is on the voucher I need to turn in at the gate, but likely won't be the first day we go to US or IoA.

Will I run into issues if I redeem the voucher at a later date? (I'm thinking no, since US tickets don't even activate until first use and then are good for 14 days, but I've never bought tickets through AC Vacations before.)

I don't know how it would make a difference since, like you said, the tickets aren't dated. As long as you aren't purchasing the buy 2 days get one free tickets that do expire, you should be fine.

They are just regular 2 day park to park tickets. ACV did not have any of the extra day free offers ...not a dealbreaker since we only have 2 days to spend there anyhow.

Not an issue

We bought from AC vacations and paid $1032 CAD for 2A 2C 3days p2p on 9th January
I put the start date of January 29th (1st day of our vacation) despite the fact I knew we were unlikely to visit Universal until our 2nd week

We visited Universal on Tuesday 9th Feb and traded the voucher for tickets with no problems what so ever
The tickets stated on the the back they were then valid for 13 days after 1st use.

Couple of points
I was concerned about the lack of a barcode on my documentation from AC but didn't phase the Universal employee
I (as the lead name on the tickets) had to provide ID - We took all 4 passports with us but only mine was required
Tried to convert the voucher at Guest Services in City Walk but was told I had to visit Guest Services at either park
Lined up for approx 20mins at Guest Services (Tue 9th Feb at 9.30am) on the way into Universal Studios and took around 1 minute to receive tickets once at the window.

Hope you have a great trip

Thanks ... very reassuring to know it's worked out for someone recently! Appreciate your pointers as well!
