We are going to WDW in two weeks and are spending a day at Universal. We have never been, and are wondering if we should buy tickets at the gate or before hand somewhere. We will just be doing the Universal Studios park since we will have our 2 year old with us. Thanks for any input.

When will you arrive the parking garage? If 8am, then fine, you can get your ticket at the gate with no problem. If 11am, you will wait an hour to get your ticket, not something you want to do.
Here's what it looks like when you show up early and late.

With a two year old, you will use baby swap for rides, and watch the little one spend hours in the play areas. Sit in the front row non moving seats for Jimmy Neutron and go see the Barney show.

If possible, buy your tickets ahead of time.We just returned ,and the lines to purchase tickets at the gate were very long.
Enjoy your trip!!
