Universal Tickets from Ticket-Res

Hi Everyone! Does anyone know if the "Two-Day
Universal Adult Park Pass" is the same as a
Two-Day Park Hopper? It is a little unclear on
the Ticket-Res page. It only mentions Universal,
and does not say anything about IOA. I wanted to
access to both parks, since we will be there
during Mardi Gras. Since we have seen Universal already, we just wanted to go in for the parade at night. And we are going back down for 4th of July
with some family members and hoped to use the
other day at that time with them. I would really
appreciate any information you can give me. I did
send an email to Ticket-Res, but not sure when I
will get an answer, and I wanted to buy the passes

The two day pass allows you to park hop between USF and IOA, like a Disney park hopper pass.
