Universal tickets at CAA

Hi all!

We're sitting here trying to figure out our vacation plans. We may be able to go to Florida this year afterall, but not sure. I know that CAA is offering the Universal package at par right now. We're considering buying them, but we would rather wait a few weeks. Is there any risk of this offer ending anytime soon?? I'd hate to miss out on it. Thanks for any info!!!

CAA always has the 3 day Universal pass in CDN funds. The one good thing though is even if you do buy them and change your minds about going this year they never expire.

We've purchased the Universal tickets at CAA a couple of times now with no problem and they don't expire!

Universal at par ended a while ago, current price is $158.80 CDN for and adult for 3 days.

bgula- how long ago did you check on the prices because 6 weeks ago I paid the $119 CDN and have been paying close to that for the last 5 years. Did they finally decide to raise the prices?

I just checked the CAA website and according to it, they're still offering the 3-day package at $119.23CAD. I hope the deal doesn't expire anytime soon!!

I just bought a couple of tickets a few days ago and that was the price. I checked the CAA website as well and these are the prices that are quoted:

If you are being told differently, or have a link to another CAA website that is offering the discounted price, please let me know because this would piss me off that I paid normal price.

At this link, http://www.caamwo.com/savings/universal.jsp, it says the cheaper price. I may go in today to see if we can buy the tickets at the at par price.

I am interested in buying the Universal Tickets as well. Can I order from an Ontario CAA office, when I live in the Maritimes? I don't think our office offers them.

I know they mailed them out west for someone else but if they can't help you out I am sure you and I could work something out.

Thanks for the information. I will give them a call this week. It is so hard knowing we have 9 more months to wait til we go, but just buying Universal tickets gets me back into the excitement of it all

I just wanted to update everyone on the Universal At par deal. I emailed CAA and asked if I could order them and have them sent to me in the Maritimes, this was the response:

"Thank You for your inquiry. This program has actually ended, but we are still selling whatever tickets we have left in stock. Once these tickets are gone, the at-par rate will no longer be available. We have a very limited supply on hand. If you are interested in purchasing the tickets we can do this over the phone for you with a credit card and courier them to you. There is a courier fee that would apply to the order to courier them to your home.


Should you wish to order the tickets you may contact any of our Member Services Representatives at 1 800 265 8975 from 8am to 8pm E.S.T. Monday to Friday and from Saturdays from 9am to 5:30 pm E.S.T."



Hope this helps someone. I am going to call them today and order mine. Wonder what the courier fee will be?
