Universal ticket help?

I have three unused 1 day passes to Universal. They have never been used. Can we do the same as Disney? Can I upgrade the ticket to the new $99 weekly one when we get there?

Also will Harry Potter World be a separate ticket? Or part of the Universal or Island of Adventure one?

My daughters are dying to go to this when we are there in Aug. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to upgrade at Guest Services outside the park gates.

WWoHP will be part of IoA so there is no additional ticket needed other than the regular park tickets.
