i had to look it up and then couldn't understand my chicken sprawl.......
i always thought the universal forums got the short end of the stick.
like we were the red headed step children in the group.
I've been a red head before so don't take it personally...
when the dis contest was announced, i applied in hopes of being on a created Universal team. I wanted to make a difference and show how great the darkside really is.
so it goes that the universal team is a combined team that represents Universal, Sea World and off site hotels out of the trip report section in the dis.
first week we placed 13 out of 29 teams.
this week we rein in 2nd place.
on the team are some universal homies. a couple of us post over here regularly. that is why our cheerleaders, scrappy annie and kew80 made thread statements to support the universal team.
btw, scrappy annie won 3 tags from the genie tagger for her talent.
she was a belly dancer in our 1st production.
i have never in my life attempted to do the big W contest. when i applied, i had no idea it was a different version of the last 2 W contests.
yesterday a 2 night 3 day stay prize for the dolphin/swan was given out to one of the audience members for writing lyrics to the old song love boat.
it wasn't a UO homie that won though.
