Universal Studios-which day to visit

What day would you go to Universal Studios? Is there statistically a slower day of the week that is the best?

I'd like to know this also! We're thinking of going on either Wednesday or Thursday.

I wondered this too - I even thought about going on a Saturday

1. Because folks travelling from the Anaheim area wouldn't have to deal with as much traffic as during the week.

2. Folks staying at DLR for a typical week might have Saturday as their 'travelling' day.

Interested in opinions about this.

In July and early August Mon-Thu are about the same. Sunday is the slowest of the weekend days, Fri/Sat are busiest.

By mid August Mon-Thu slows down and Sun is pretty slow after 3PM.

The off peak season is very slow all the time. Even Fri/Sat.

We were just at Universal Studios 1 1/2 weeks ago on a Thursday. I think we left Anaheim at 7am and got there by 8:15 or so. We were able to go on all the rides and see a couple of the shows by like 4 or 5. We were surprised that it wasn't crowded at all. The longest we had to wait for was The Simpsons ride (30 min.).

Can i ask you would you choose

Friday 28th Aug, Sat 29th Aug, or Sun 30th Aug for Universal? We are doing the 2 Disney parks and Universal in these 3 days and cant decide which day which!? x

This summer has been unpredictably wild.
On the weekend of Aug. 7/8/9 Sunday was
the busiest. Difficult to predict of the
weekend of 29/29/30 will follow the same
pattern.

But I'd say Sunday the 30th.
