Universal Studios Hollywood - is the water on in Super Silly Funland?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows whether the water is on at Super Silly Funland, in the Minions-themed splash pad? It will save us a lot of stroller space if we don't bring the kids' swim things/towels! Thanks!
