Universal studios at Halloween?

We are planning to be at universal studios on Oct 31st, is it business as usual do they close early for a Halloween party etc? What can I expect on this day? What will crowds be like?

During Oct. Universal closes at 6 or 7PM. That won't change on Oct. 31.

The Halloween event will be very crowded - the day operation won't be.
