We have found them to be excellent, anyone we asked about fairly minor allergies it`s been addressed very quickly.
We have friends who have three children, two have serious allergies, one life threatening. They are very proactive and contacted Universal directly a month before there first trip initially.
They found them to be brilliant and someone called them back immediately and then again about four days before their trip began. They had no issues on any of their now three trips to Universal.
They included both parks, Citywalk and the hotel options too in their conversations.
