Universal Resorts - Rental Stroller drop off/pick up at Bell Services?

Disney did away with allowing 3rd party vendors to drop off and pick up rental strollers at Bell Services when they partnered with Scooterbug. We used a Scooterbug stroller on our last, very short visit to AK and hated it, and I would love to go back to our old vendor. Do the Loews hotels offer that service, or will I need to meet the vendor for pickup and drop off? Thanks!

I can’t speak for all companies but I use kingdom strollers and they have the Loews hotels as options. When you select a Disney resort it says you need to meet them. I do not get this alert with a Loews hotel. I have also had great success with emailing them, they are very responsive, they should know for sure. They have a stand at the airport now as well.

Yes, that's the vendor I use as well, love them! I checked their FAQs and it says they deliver to all hotels except the Disney ones (although, and this is good to know, Swann and Dolphin and some of the other affiliated hotels like Four Seasons are excluded from that restriction). I don't think we'll be going to WDW anytime soon but that's yet another reason I might choose an affiliated "offsite" hotel.
