Universal does not make their upcoming annual maintenance schedule publicly available. You can try calling Guest Services a few days before your visit and inqure as to which attractions are currently closed or down for maintenance. Generally, most of the people throughout the parks do not find out until anywhere from a day or two before an attraction goes down, up to maybe a week or two in advance depending on the attraction and the nature of the maintenance being done.
