Just bought some with a second year free.
using our Nationwide CC we got an exchange rate of 2.065 so they were under £100 each.
Well worth the investment if you are going two years in a row. :thumbsup2

Excellent deal :)

Did you buy direct or through a ticket agency ?

We just renewed our AP's last week. £51 each.
Even if you only go into each park once in a year they are still worth buying, with free parking and great discounts and early admission.
You also get offers to buy tickets for friends and family. At Xmas we bought DMIL a 2 park 2 day pass for about £20. Offer just now is take guests in after 5pm for £10

Cyrano, I think you can only buy the AP's direct.

Thanks for answering them for me wayne I've been on the road all day.
The only draw back is if you haven't started the ticket by , I think 29th sept. it will start automatically, we're going in November so it's not a big issue.

Debs Yes we got them online and you pick the actual tickets up at the ticket office when you get there.

We bought ours last week, great value for money.

I bought one too - I still have a 2 year PAP from last year so bought one for DH :thumbsup2

Didn't get quite as good exchange rate as Tony but still only just over £100 - planning to get at least 2, if not 3 trips out of it - so (as the lovely Deb would say) it was a 'no-brainer' ;)

I've just bought ours! :thumbsup2 Somehow we've always missed out on the "2 years for the price on 1" deals in the past. However, we now find ourselves Annual-Pass-less and on top of a trip. We hadn't intended to visit USF in August, and were going to buy APS for our January trip. However, this deal means we can buy now and get unlimited access until September 2009. Even if we don't visit in August (and now we've got the passes, we probably will), it's still a better deal than buying a one-year AP for our January trip (which will expire in January, 2009).

Cheers, Tone - owe you one! :)

Wayne, we plan to be at IOA on 21st Aug and Universal on 22nd :) Do say 'Hi' if you see us - I am sure you have seen my ugly mug enough times on the DIS to know who you are looking out for ;)

Funnily enough I was only thinking this morning how good the rate was on the credit card at the mo'. We've just paid for something, day or so ago, and it came in at $2.01 so not quite the $2.06 the Tonester got but pretty close, maybe it is time to book some accommodation for next month!?

We have nothing planned yet for those dates. Blue Man Group on the 19th then I have kept the 20th-24th free as I am still considering 4 night RCCL cruise Outside cabin £170pp. I just can't make up my mind, DW is not bothered, DS wants to do it.:confused3 If we don't go on the cruise there is a good chance we will be in Uni/IOA. We spend a lot of time in Curious George water area, I prefer there to water parks. Had a fantastic water fight with Man in Yellow Hat last year.:woohoo:

Great photos, Wayne - you should have entered them in the "Water" Photo Comp! :thumbsup2
