Universal Planning DVD

Hi there,

I've tried on several occassions to order the universal planning DVD from the site below:

Each time it has seemed that the request was accepted but no DVD has ever arrived. Has anyone here actually got the DVD or can anyone point me in the right direction to get one.

I can see you're in Ireland. They only send the DVDs to UK addresses.

I had thought of that and gave my uncle's address (UK) for the disk but still no luck.

I'm not sure if the latest one is on there, but I've definitely watched some of the older ones on Youtube. To be honest, I've got the latest one, and it's all just the same re-mixed footage from taken from around 1999 when IOA was new, with additional adverts at the end of newer rides, such as the Simpsons. Lots of beautiful actors in pastel colours running around and smiling!

I ordered one but it was probably about a year ago now! Received it about a week or 2 after ordering.

We ordered the brochure from the attraction-tickets-direct . com website, and there was a DVD of SeaWorld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens and Wet n Wild which came with the pack!

We ordered one in march might even of been February and haven't had one yet probably arrive when we are in Florida

To be honest the Univerisal dvd is pretty rubbish you are not missing much - I am sure far more info is on you tube....

I have re-ordered this DVD a few times and it has never came I recieved both the Disney one and Seaworld one but no luck from universal

I ordered one ages ago and never got it so its not just Ireland.

I've never recieved mine either!! Had ones from Disney & Seaworld though - I find that youtube is a great resource for check attractions out. Happy planning!!
