Universal Orlando tickets

Back in 2011 I bought the 3 park 14 day unlimited tickets for a trip I had plan but it fell through. I bought them directly from Universal Orlando and the tickets show no expiration date. I was wondering if I could still use them because when I try putting them in my wallet in the app it is saying that something is wrong and please try again. I input the number and try scanning it in.

Call UO guest services
They will work with you and give you correct info on your tickets

I have tickets from the time before I bought my AP
My old tickets I used one time for my son did not scan at the gate due to the old coding on the ticket bar scan.
They were many years old.

Had to go to guest services in the park to get them reissued to the current park system.

I was issued tickets for my son equivalent to what I had.

Ok, thank you. I am so glad that I would not have to buy another set of tickets because the prices on them are unbelievable.
