Universal Orlando or Universal Hollywood?

Hopefully there is someone out there who can help me with this.

We have never been to USO.

In March 2011 we visited USH, first week of March and we bought Front Of The Line passes. We had the time of our lives!! We got on every ride as often as we wanted to. The kids were 8 and 10 at the time.

Now we are considering Spring Break 2015 in either Orlando or Hollywood.

2nd week of March - around March 12 & 13th, 2015.

If we go to Orlando, we would stay at the RPR for 3 nights and visit the park for 2 days. The hotel includes express passes. If we went to USH it would be for one day only but we would buy Front of the Line again.

Is it reasonable for me to expect that if we stay at RPR and visit Universal Orlando for 2 days, that with the included express passes we would be able to do as much as we did at USH or am I dreaming?

My kids absolutely love rides, so the more we can do, the better.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can do quite a bit with the unlimited Express Pass! And that's what you get with an onsite, deluxe, hotel stay.

You could go to the parks longer, though. Let's say your 3 nights are March 1, 2, 3. Checkout on the 4th. You could get in before parks open on the 1st and have Early Entrance to Wizarding World (assuming that is still the early entrance perk once Diagon Alley opens this year) from that day, and unlimited EP from the moment you enter the parks, until the parks close on the day you check out. So you *could* hit the parks for 4 full days, if you felt like it.

We are BIG re-riders, so we like going back and back and back. Our last stay was 8 nights. If we hadn't been totally sick it would have been amazing...alas that was not meant to be. We've stayed there nearly as long before, though, and had a great time going to the parks most days.

Just an idea! :)

In the Orlando Vs Hollywood debate Orlando will win every-time. There is no comparison. Rides are better and there is so much more to do at Universal Orlando. The only thing that Hollywood has on Orlando is the Backlot tour, and once have probably already been on that, right? You will have a great time in Orlando.
