Universal on Halloween Day

Does anyone dress up for the parks during the day on Halloween? I am not attending HHN, I don’t think it’s worth the money for me since I don’t think I can handle the houses. I want to know if any one dresses up for the parks during the day, or bounds to an extent? I can easily go as Ellie Sattler from JP, minus the boots.
I do not know which park I’ll be in that day.
