As for Hagrid's, I know it was mentioned above about the Virual Line system but I want to reiterate, that when we were there, it was ONLY virtual line system and no stand by. Jimmy Fallon's Ride thru NYC is the same way.

There is no standby, but there is an express pass line still which allows you to not have to book a VQ time. This was important when it was particularly busy over AP weekend because people were not able to secure VQ times and with no standby queue and not having EPs, they were simply not able to ride those rides. The only exception is Hagrid's which does not have an EP queue.
