Universal Meal Vouchers

I know I read somewhere about 2 months ago that they have meal vouchers for Universal, but now I can't find any information about them.

Does anyone know where I can find out more about them? Has anyone used them?

We got meal vouchers once as part of a package we booked, but I haven't heard about them selling any kind of vouchers.
