Universal IAC IBCCES Pass questions?

How many guests can utilize the IAC pass with the pass holder? I now we used this manual card last time we went to Universal Orlando. Is that still the same process? I have extended family coming and I was wondering if they would be able to use this pass with us.
I couldn't find an update on this pass. Anyone have more information or somewhere it is spelled out better?

In the past experience we were restricted to 6 total. We once had 7 of us in the office in front of them and they said absolutely not. But because it was not attached to a ticket/scan at the ride we could take any 5 in with cardholder.

Most common Universal pass is known as "AAP" (Attraction Assistance Pass). The "IAP" you refer to is the IBCCES approval card good at many places, not just Universal. You won't need anything from them when you go, you use the case number from Universal.

I just went and the card / process in the park is exactly the same. You go to each ride, they manually fill out with a return time.

Other than we chose to do the advance IBCCES process so we'd be good for the year and not waste time at park I feel like nothing really changed.

Having the pre-approval we were sent in the park (Epic Universe) to any of the Concierge desks in front of the portals as we were in the system. Folks showing up without pre-approval were sent in to Guest Relations to plead their case.
