Universal Hotels... Clear as mud?

Hi all! I am wanting to book our room for March soon. (Have procrastinated because I am really unsure of which resort to pick etc!) I have it narrowed down to PBH or HRH because we are a family of 5 and I want a bit more space to spread out. I have poured over the Universal website but am a bit unclear on a couple of points. Am I correct in understanding that you cannot book a HRH deluxe room on club level. It is request only? So... we could book club level and still have to pay $25 extra for a cot. (Flying so don't want to bring an airbed) Can I book a club level deluxe at PBH and get a sofa bed guaranteed? The Club rates are pretty pricey but I figure that with 5 of us it might be worth it. The extra $60 would be eaten up pretty quickly in the parks with water, snacks and ...ahem... a cool beverage or two for mom and dad! I know that I should call for the details but just wondered if anyone experieced here could help first. Thanks so much!

The club level rooms at PBH are all deluxe and have a pullout couch in them. You are correct that deluxe club at HRH is request only. Although, I recall a poster that stated they booked a deluxe CL but I cant recall the details. I would give the HRH a direct call and inquire.
