We just found out yesterday DH can get 3 weeks vacation this year to RV to orlando. :dance3: The drawback is we have to leave May 15th. Yes, in two weeks. You guys have given me so much info in the few hours I have been reading posts. Thanks

My question is this. The express pass at universal seems to be the way to go. Its costs between $80-$200 for our family of four and can only be used once per ride. But if I book a in park hotel for one night we get express passes for both the check-in and check-out day that can be used as many times as we want on each ride. Hotel runs $249 rack rate. Might be some discount code somewhere.

Has anyone tried it? FW will only let me book 14 nights. I could park the RV in the parking garage there for $20. Or we could just stay in another RV park as close as possible.

We only have 16 days total in orlando. I was thinking 10 at DW and the other 6 at universal, seaworld, busch gardens, kennedy.

Thanks for the helpfulness. I'm not sure but maybe its better if I can't spend to much time worrying about planning since we will leave in 13 days. Did I mention the RV is still winterized from the fall and won't even have time for an off site dry run. LOL :surfweb:

Why will Fort Wilderness only let you book 14 days? We have booked longer stays than that. If they say only 14 days is available, have them check for a longer stay and then you can cancel out what you don't need. I've had to do this many times. Also, I would recommend calling for the reservations as opposed to on line.:earsboy::earsboy:

We used the express pass a few years back and loved it. But we actually stayed in the hotel for the week. It was a very nice hotel but it lacked the Disney charm and we drew a bad room on the pet wing. They were booked solid so we couldn't get moved. They basically said too bad just deal with it. Again not very Disney like.

You are probably trying to book a package with tickets. Don't do that.

Buy your tickets separately and book your campsite separately.

I just checked, booking rack rate, you can book any length you want. Booking a package or the "summer offer" at room only limits you to 14 nights.

However, you CAN have continuing reservations. Book a 14 night reservation, then your final week separately. It means two deposits now, but you are arriving in a short time anyway. Then call up later to have the reservations linked so you don't have to move.

Better yet, contact Rhonda@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com

She will handle everything. She will get you all of the nights you need at the best price possible and will link everything so you don't have to change sites.

As far as park tickets, go to Undercovertourist.com for the best prices.
