Universal gift card question

Does anyone know if the restaurants on City Walk accept universal gift cards? I plan to buy some universal gift cards for up coming trip to earn gas points from my local store. But I am not sure how much to buy. It is really gonna depend on how many of our meals I can use them for. Thanks!!

Is there any where to find like a list of which restaurants accept them? Or a list of which restaurants let you charge to your room? Cause I could do that load the gift cards to my room account.

I just bought mine online (I googled Universal Studios Gift Cards & it took me to the official US store) - they arrived within a few days, lots of neat themed cards to choose from - bought a few $100 ones for each person in our party for snacks, souvenirs and then bought a $500 one for our meals for the week. We try not to charge to our room, because it adds up so quick - this way it is prepaid (in cash, we are done charging up our Credit Cards). If you are an AAA member, you can get discounts at most restaurants with your gift card if you have the voucher. Plus, having the 'themed' cards for our lanyards is FUN too! We used them at the restaurants in CW, souvenir shops, Cinnabon, snack places in the parks, etc . . . you can reload them there also.

What general area are you in? None of the stores in my area, North Jersey, seem to have them.

I called the gift card hotline and found out every place except Margaritaville accept Universal gift cards. Thought I would share incase anyone else was wondering!

Our Kroger sells UO gift cards, and you get fuel discounts for buying gift cards there too. I paid my entire RPR bill with the gift cards-great deal!
