Universal Front of Line Question

I am not sure if this is the place to post this put i'll give it a try.

My brother is going to be joining us for a few days of our Disney vacation. The day before he joins us he wants to go the Universal and is interested in the front of line pass that hotel guests get there. What he wants to do is stay at Universal for one night on his arrival day and then go to Universal on the next day when he checks out of there. The question is if he goes to the Island of Adventure on the day he checks out of his hotel at Universal can he use the front of line perk that guests at the hotel use.

As long as he holds on to his key. You can use FOTL on check out day. The only way to do Universal imho. And they will probably move this to the Univerrsal board.

Yes, you get FOTL the entire day you checkin and the entire day you checkout. We checked into Royal Pacific at 9am, got our keys, and hit the park. Checked out the next morning, checked our baggage with the valet, and hit the parks. FOTL worked both days. DEF worth every dime of that hotel room =)
