Universal for 1 day park hopping?

Is there a ticket that I can get that will allow park hopping OR is there a multi-day ticket that doesn't expire (like WDW tickets)?

I believe there is a one day/two park pass, but it cost almost as much as the two day/two park pass, which doesn't expire.

Right, it's not on the menu, and it's not a good deal.

I've looked on the web site and don't see tickets that don't expire. I think USF is phasing them out.
Right now the deal is the 5 day pass for the price of 2.

The AAA site has tickets that don't expire.
